In order to close down this phase it needs to be agreed with the client that this deliverable is what was agreed and expected. Any deviations need to be analysed and responded to as to why this deviation occurred. In practice there will always be deviations because the course may have changed on the client side or on the Capgemini side. It may take some negotiation to agree on some additional work even if this was not formally agreed up front.
